Vitamin D

So much has been said about avoiding the sun to prevent skin cancer.  We wear hats, and use SPF to prevent sun damage– and what has happened we are developing problems due to Vitamin D Deficiency.  Newest recommendation is 10 minutes exposure of sun a day - in a bathing suit– will provide you with the daily requirement for Vitamin D.  So grab your bathing suit and take 10 minutes a day to relax and take your Vitamin D while the weather is so beautiful.  For those rainy days look to Cod Liver Oil it is loaded in Vitamin D.  xxxxx Lonnie
